TranslateSync AI Terms of Service

Effective July 11, 2026

1. The service

TranslateSync AI synchronizes a Google Document with a machine-translated copy, in both directions. It is currently offered as a beta: features may change, and continuity of service is not guaranteed.

2. Your account

You authorize TranslateSync AI with your own Google account and are responsible for activity under it. You must have the right to process any document you connect.

3. Acceptable use

Don't use TranslateSync AI to process content that is unlawful, that you lack rights to, or in ways that attempt to disrupt the service or other users. We may apply usage limits (such as daily translation quotas) and may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

4. Machine translation

Translations are generated by an AI model. They are high quality but not certified; you are responsible for reviewing translated content before relying on it in legal, medical, or other high-stakes contexts.

5. Intellectual property

Your documents remain yours. You grant TranslateSync AI only the limited right to process connected documents to provide synchronization. The TranslateSync AI software, brand, and site are ours.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim (during the free beta: zero). We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost data or lost profits.

7. Termination

You can stop any time by revoking access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. We may suspend or end the beta, or any account, with reasonable notice where practicable.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
