What syncs
- Text, both directions — near-real-time, with translation memory so unchanged text is never re-translated.
- Formatting — bold, highlights, colors, links, headings, tables, and lists carry over onto the corresponding translated words.
- Comments and replies — threads mirror across, translated.
- Conflict safety — simultaneous edits to the same paragraph are never overwritten; both versions are presented and a human picks.
- 29 languages, any pairing — English↔Spanish to French↔Japanese.
Privacy, by architecture
TranslateSync AI uses Google's per-file access model: it can only touch documents you explicitly connect, plus the translated copies it creates in your own Drive. Details in the Privacy Policy.
